Need to make a change before shipment?
If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you can request a size or address change by contacting us at support@overtimejersey.com.

Exchanges & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every jersey we sell. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your order, we'll gladly offer an exchange or a full refund.

To request a resolution, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@overtimejersey.com. Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated under our quality guarantee.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • This guarantee does not apply to issues resulting from incorrect order details (e.g., wrong size or address selected by the customer). Always double-check your order before placing it.

  • Pre-Order / Made-to-Order items must be cancelled within 7 days of purchase to receive a refund to the original payment method.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Customers who use the refund guarantee are not permitted to re-purchase the same jersey originally ordered.

Damages & Defects

If your jersey arrives with a factory defect or was damaged during shipping, we'll make it right — either with an exchange (return shipping covered) or a full refund.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something looks off, contact us immediately at support@overtimejersey.com so we can assess and resolve the issue quickly.

What counts as a defect: Any issue that clearly affects the garment's appearance or structural integrity (e.g., torn stitching, misprinted badge). Minor finishing details, such as excess thread on the interior, do not qualify as defects.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking instructions. If your tracking shows no movement for several days, this is typically due to a courier delay — please allow a little extra time.

If your package hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of being marked as "delivered," contact us right away at support@overtimejersey.com.

Important: Strike Jersey is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. We fulfill our responsibility by shipping to the address on file. Should the package be returned to us, we can reship it to you for a small reshipping fee.
